Footballing great Zinedine Zidane calls out Adam Belgeri! UPDATED

Earlier this week, IMOTGP contributor Adam Belgeri called out Cristiano Ronaldo by noting how the star has failed to score against top-quality opposition in an intricate chart. 

Well Ronaldo read those comments and was fired up Saturday at home against an Athletic Bilbao team that stymied him earlier this season.  And it took less than three minutes for him to respond like this to Belgeri:

And the Adam Belgeri-bashing wasn't done after the game. Manager Zinedine Zidane was asked about how Ronaldo has been criticized by some people for failing to score against important rivals. Zidane did not mention Adam Belgeri by name, but it's clear who he was talking about especially since IMOTGP can report that Belgeri didn't even have the guts to set foot in the Bernabeu on Saturday.

''About Cristiano, what can I say?'' Zidane said before employing an expletive in Spanish to describe how good he considers the forward's form.

UPDATE: Zidane has apparently had more to say about CR7 to Belgeri and the critics.

"It's up to you journalists to give your opinion on whether Cristiano is playing well or poorly, if he's finished and all that stuff. Today he showed once again that he's in bloody brilliant form.".

Credit to French footballing great Zinedine Zidane for bringing down IMOTGP 's Adam Belgeri down a peg after a fabulous Real Madrid performance. As of press time and as of this second update, Belgeri still has not responded to Zidane insulting him.
